“ We usually go to the Steve's on Anza but the service there hasn't been great lately so we tried this Steve's at Prairie & 182nd again for a Saturday night dinner. The girls here are much friendlier and they actually smile, and both of our orders were correct (the other Steve's made mistakes on both of our orders last time). The dining area was clean and well lit, and there was good music playing at low volume. We'll be coming to this Steve's from now on! 5 stars! ”

“ This is actually a place that I learned about from my kids who would frequent it with their friends after school or after fun nights. And then when we moved to Torrance, I now live less than a block away from this location. I am usually wary of locations that have a million and one options on their menu, but I have no doubt that this place knows how to do them all well. My menu choices just barely scrape the surface of what their real specialties are. I tend to not eat meat, but there are still several delicious options on the menu for me. I usually order either a Greek salad (no feta) and ask them to add a grilled veggie burger patty on top. I will also get the veggie patty as a combo wrapped in lettuce with the fries! Or I sometimes get a veggie omelette (add spinach). I hope you're not asleep yet based on my menu choices. The food is always exactly as I hope it will be. It is consistently delicious and consistently the quality that I want and the crisp factor that I hope for. I also attest that everything I have ordered for my kids, too - burgers, chicken strips, and burritos - have been just what they hoped for - and they can be picky eaters. I love that it is just a local place where you can go in, eat quickly, sip your coffee if you want to, or just be a part of your neighborhood's vibration. These many options make the food even more delicious. ”
